Which are the locations you currently ship orders to ?

We primarily ship our products from California (except the apparels). Apparel orders are fulfilled by a third party and is shipped from across different locations.

We ship to US, Canada and to the following International locations. Please add 2 weeks of additional time for below locations

What about my tracking number ?

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please check your tracking number and contact the carrier if you do not receive your order.


What about  returns and/or exchanges?

 All sales are final. We do take extreme care while packaging any products, however in case you receive the product in damaged condition, please reach out to us within 2 days at dharmakreeda@gmail.com

Please note that there is no return or exchange on apparel orders.

When will I receive my Products ?

Once payment is successfully completed, we will need 3 business days to process the order. We will send out shipping estimate once order is processed.

Shipping estimates once order is processed:

Canada & USA: 5-8 business days

International: 7-21 business days

(Please note that customs may hold your package for further screenings. We do not have details regarding this process and cannot provide a date of release)

Important :- Depending upon the COVID conditions/restrictions prevalent during the time of your order, there might be an additional delay.

Incomplete Deliveries

Dharma toys is not responsible for failed deliveries due to the following:

  • Incorrect shipping address.
  • Incorrect contact information (phone/email) which is needed by customs in order to clear packages.
  • Customer refuses to pay customs and/or duties.
  • Customer fails to pick up package from carrier location once logged by carrier.


Will I be charged duties and taxes?

We ship our products from California (USA), and our apparels (clothing) orders are fulfilled by a third party. Depending upon the destination, our products may be subjected to customs duties or taxes not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee. Please note that  taxes, any additional fees (like duty fees,customs fees etc) are the responsibility of the customer.
